Krystal Jersey

Krystal Jersey has 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry ranging from front end Mortgage Loan Processing, Document & Fee services, Business UAT, System Administration, and currently serving as the Encompass and Business Systems Manager for Premium Mortgage. Krystal began working for Premium Mortgage Corporation in 2022 as an Encompass System Administrator prior to her current role. Since joining the Premium team, Krystal has helped to enhance the current processes surrounding building, testing, and implementing within Premium’s lending applications.

Krystal graduated cum laude from Florida State College at Jacksonville, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Public Safety Management, an Associate in Science in Criminal Justice Technology and an Associate in Arts in General Office Studies. In her spare time, Krystal enjoys creating beautiful custom cakes and pastries.
