Matt Lepovich

With over 30 years in mortgage banking, Matt joined Premium Mortgage Corporation to lead Training.  Matt was previously an Operations Manager, Project Manager, Systems Administrator and Training Manager at HSBC, First Niagara and Key Bank.  He started his mortgage career in mortgage servicing, learning the business “backwards” with his most recent position in Sales Management at Key Bank responsible for all sales policies/procedures and system enhancements.  Matt’s experience in all facets of mortgage banking lay a solid foundation for his role developing and designing training for the Premium Mortgage Corporation team.
