I’m a community-first kind of guy. Everything I do—whether it’s overseeing different regions at work or pitching in downtown as a proud, lifelong Buffalonian—lets me give back in some way. I’m passionate about the business I’m in. It’s rewarding to be successful, but what’s really meaningful is when you can measure success by how you’ve helped others.

It’s my job as Construction Loan Manager at Premium Mortgage to serve as a trusted advisor in the home buying and building process. That means my team and I get to contribute to our communities by helping people from all walks of life buy their homes.

Going to work is like being with my second family. I try to pass this down to my team—we celebrate together every day that we get to help somebody’s financial situation. As a team leader, I encourage all my fellow employees to understand how they’re making a positive impact. I’m always asking how we can do more through a commitment to:

• Being transparent, both within our team and with our clients.
• Sharing experiences and seeking out new skills to learn.
• Enhancing visibility in the community by forming meaningful relationships

Even before getting into this business as a loan officer, I felt drawn to doing things for my town and its people. My father showed me what honest, hard work can do for those you care about, and I live by this ethic. I’m a tireless Buffalo booster and find ways to get involved in lots of worthy causes, from food charities to downtown revitalization.
