Underwriter
Locations: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
Underwriters are responsible for evaluating risk and making loan decisions based on existing underwriting guidelines and information and documentation provided in the loan file. Underwriters works jointly with co-workers to respond to concerns of quality on files and stay up to date on changing rules and regulations pertaining to conventional and government-insured mortgages.
