Premium Mortgage Corp is looking for more great people to join our growing team. We are currently looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute social media strategy through research and audience identification
  • Create a marketing plan and a regular publishing schedule for each profile/account. Includes all corporate channels as well as those of 45+ salespeople (FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Create appealing and engaging content that accurately reflects our culture, tone and growth goals (original text, images, and video)
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative new communications
  • Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
  • Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Work with the PMC graphic designers when specialized imagery is needed
  • Work with the PMC CRM team to track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect furture outcomes
  • Stay current on best practices and emerging trends in marketing and social media
  • Write 1 to 3 blog posts per month
  • Write and distribute Press Releases
  • Develop content for monthly newsletter
  • Assist with other department tasks and writing projects (including events) as needed

Experience / Skills required:

  • Team player able to work with different personality types
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with frequent schedule change requests
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel, Google Suite of products, and Blogging
  • Basic Graphic Design skills a plus
  • Excellent writing skills are required
  • Able to lift 50 lbs
