I have been in the mortgage industry helping clients obtain home financing for over 15 years. Having been in the finance business for such a long time, I have been able to secure financing for clients in almost every scenario imaginable. There is nothing I haven’t seen.

I pride myself on being able to look at every file differently, depending on the client’s situation, so I can secure a loan program that best fits their wants and needs. My clients are more than just a name on an application to me, they are people that are trusting me with their most important asset in life. I have had many of my clients for 10-15 years and they come back to me or refer friends and family to me for that very reason.

My customer service is second to none, I will ALWAYS be available, whether it is late in the evening or on weekends. I understand that this is not a 9-5 business and that is why I go out of my way to make sure I am always around for my clients to answer questions, go over numbers, or assist them in any decisions that go along with the complicated mortgage process. I have expertise in all areas of mortgage financing specifically Conventional, FHA, VA, and SONYMA products. There isn’t a program out there that I don’t have vast knowledge about. I really strive to know my craft so I can assist all of my clients in the best possible manor. I even assist clients that cannot obtain a mortgage right away due to credit issues by helping them tailor a plan to remedy their situation so that they can own a home sometime in the future.
