Amy Bell

Amy brings over 20 years of mortgage experience to Premium Mortgage when she joined our company in 2011.  She has been named in Mortgage Originator Magazine as one of their top 200 originators in the country.  She also has been Premium’s top loan officer in units and volume for 2012 and 2013. Amy operates out of our Rochester Office. She came to Premium known as the “Queen of Livingston County” for mortgage lending and her reputation still holds true today. Amy specializes in finding the right product to fit each client’s needs.  She has had experience in the “more challenging” programs, has worked with many grant agencies, and has done many first time homebuyer seminars.  Her team approach to business and the transaction has made her a stand out in the community.
