Amanda Jackson

Amanda Jackson is the Quality Control Administrator with experience in the mortgage industry since 2020, specializing in compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory oversight.  She began her career in mortgage compliance, where she developed a strong foundation in regulatory requirements, documentation review, and process management before advancing to lead Quality Control operations. Amanda has supported multiple regulatory audits and is skilled in maintaining compliant, efficient workflows while ensuring accuracy and consistency across processes.  Prior to the mortgage industry, she worked in dental compliance further strengthening her experience in regulatory standards and quality assurance. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree and is recognized for her attention to detail, organization, problem-solving, collaboration, and commitment to operational excellence. Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys pushing herself through marathon training, exploring mountain trails, traveling, and attending live rock shows.
