Courtney Gustafson

Courtney Gustafson, grew up in Seneca Falls, New York, and relocated to the Rochester area in 2000. She is a 1999 graduate of Keuka College and began her career in the financial services industry shortly thereafter.

Courtney joined Premium Mortgage Corporation in 2006 as a Mortgage Processor, bringing with her prior experience in processing, underwriting, and compliance. Her comprehensive knowledge and strong foundation in mortgage operations quickly positioned her for leadership opportunities.

In May 2013, Courtney was promoted to Processing Manager, and in August 2018, her responsibilities expanded to include oversight of Operations and Production. With over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, she has developed extensive expertise that enables her to effectively lead her teams and drive operational excellence.

Courtney is deeply committed to delivering exceptional service to Premium Mortgage Corporation’s customers while fostering the growth and development of her staff.
