Training Designer
Locations: Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, Ft. Myers, Miami

Premium Mortgage is looking to hire a full-time Training Designer with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. One year of Mortgage Banking experience with emphasis in Systems, Sales, Operations, Servicing or Compliance is preferred.
Job Duties:
- Participate in training needs analysis to determine training goals and objectives, identify the most practical and effective method to enhance the employee learning experience.
- Responsible for delivering training to employees to enhance the learning experience and promote growth initiatives within the organization.
- Create training content including but not limited to system and software, product, process, policy, and procedures.
- Manage training development assignments from inception to execution. Works with Training Specialist, Training Manager, business partners.
- Review training material to update based on organizational changes, technology and systems, and procedure and policy changes.
- Ability to work with, communicate and collaborate with all levels of employees.
- Maintains online library of training materials, job aids, training tools via TEAMs, PMC Learning Management system or other vehicles.
Qualifications:
The following qualifications are required of the Training Designer
- 25% or less travel
Education:
- A degree in training, instructional design, or mortgage related experience or training.
Skills:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to present information in a meaningful and easily understood format.
- Exceptional writing skills that are able to portray complex concepts simply and precisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to be self-motivated and work effectively with different staff levels at the organization.
- Hands on experience with Mortgage Loan Origination systems is required.
- Supports and promotes the Premium Experience in all interactions.
This job can be performed out of any of our NY branches. Rochester, Syracuse, Albany, or Buffalo
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
