Jr. Processor
Locations: Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, Ft. Myers, Miami
The Jr. Processor obtains loan documentation in compliance with the company’s established deadlines.
Job Duties:
- Enters Intent to Proceed and Affiliated Business disclosure dates
- Orders Flood Certs and checks HMDA information
- Gathers real estate tax bills from County websites
- Orders verification of Employment, Fraud Reports and Tax Transcripts
- Sends opening package to Escrow Agent (Bank Attorney or Title Company)
- Assists Mortgage Processors as needed with all non-borrower related tasks throughout the life of the loan
- Training as needed
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in the mortgage industry with understanding of loan processing
