Jr Mortgage Processor
Locations: Syracuse, Rochester, Buffalo, Albany, Ft. Myers, Miami
Job Duties:
The Jr Mortgage Processor will be responsible for completing the following job duties. This job description reflects management’s assignment of essential functions; and nothing in this herein restricts management’s right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
- Enters Intent to Proceed and Allstate disclosure dates
- Orders Flood Certs and checks HMDA information
- Gathers real estate tax bills from County websites
- Orders verification of employment, appraisals and tax transcripts
- Assists Mortgage Processors as needed
- Assists with additional tasks as needed
- Training as needed
Qualifications:
The following qualification are required of the Jr Mortgage Processor.
Education:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry with understanding of loan processing

The following equipment is used daily by the Jr Mortgage Processor and provided by Premium Mortgage.

Working Conditions:
The Jr Mortgage Processor is primarily in an office setting and maybe exposed to outdoor conditions. The working conditions are classified as sedentary work:
- Sedentary work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.
